Personally identifiable information

In order to protect homeowner privacy, we restrict the data that is returned from Sync API endpoints for partner applications. Generally speaking we consider the following to be homeowner PII:

  • First and last name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Addresses (homeowner and project)
  • Latitude and longitude

Different types of partner applications have different data requirements, and in some cases we’ve chosen to share a subset of these fields even though we consider them PII. Any fields that are restricted will not be returned with the normal API response.
